Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ForgeRock IAM professional to manage and support Identity and Access Management solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock AM, IDM, and DS, along with expertise in SSO, Federation, and authentication technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain ForgeRock AM, IDM, and DS environments.
- Manage SSO, MFA, and Federation solutions using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, authorization, and access-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Support IAM integrations with enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies and access controls.
- Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and enhancement activities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with ForgeRock AM, IDM, and DS.
- Good knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and MFA.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and web service integrations.
- Proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of LDAP and directory services.
- Experience working on Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting production environments and handling critical incidents.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ForgeRock Identity Cloud or other cloud IAM platforms.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and IAM best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Hands-on experience with ForgeRock technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Certifications (Preferred)
- ForgeRock Certification or other IAM-related certifications.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
