Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls from US clients/customers in a professional, empathetic manner.
- Query Resolution: Address customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate information regarding products or services.
- Sales / Lead Generation (If applicable): Understand customer needs and promote/upsell products or services to meet daily/monthly targets.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer databases and interaction logs in the CRM system.
- Process Compliance: Adhere to predefined quality standards, handling times, and data security guidelines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
