We need a general physician to continue the OPD which had been stopped for the few months , performance based incentives will also bhi given , free accommodation will be provided to the respective doctors and when the patient flow will be increased which is our responsibility, we should increase the salary of the respective doctor and also provide some more benefits to them. Our hospital is the best maternity and child birth centre along with other disease operation like- Hernia , Hysterectomy etc. Just a small need is a Physician who make round and check patients timely and make the OPD.
