We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented GCC Land Transport Coordinator to manage day-to-day transportation operations across the GCC. If you have experience in land transport coordination, excellent communication skills, and can efficiently manage fleet movements, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily land transport operations across GCC countries.
- Plan and assign routes to drivers based on delivery schedules and operational priorities.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams regarding shipment status and updates.
- Maintain and update transport records, trip sheets, and operational reports.
- Handle emergency situations such as vehicle breakdowns, delays, or accidents with prompt action.
- Optimize routes to improve operational efficiency and reduce fuel costs.
- Monitor driver attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure all documentation required for cross-border transportation, including customs clearance and permits, is accurate and complete.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in GCC land transport coordination.
- Good understanding of GCC road transport operations and cross-border documentation.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and transport management systems is an added advantage.
