Production Manager
Location: Bhiwadi Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and creative Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at our Bhiwadi facility. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Concrete Production or Fibre-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Production. The role requires effective production planning, resource management, quality assurance, and team leadership to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to meet business objectives.
- Ensure manufacturing processes operate reliably, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
- Assess project requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
- Estimate, negotiate, and manage production budgets and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Establish and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
- Monitor and oversee day-to-day production activities.
- Adjust production schedules and timelines as required to meet operational demands.
- Select, procure, and manage raw materials and production supplies.
- Coordinate repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise, mentor, and manage production staff and junior team members.
- Identify training needs and organize relevant skill-development programs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Concrete Production and/or FRP Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality management, and process optimization.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in manufacturing environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in a production management role.
- Experience in precast concrete, construction materials, composites, or FRP manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.
