We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored business solutions to drive company growth
Roles & Responsibilites
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and social platforms
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable business solutions
- Generate leads and follow up regularly
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Explain company services clearly and professionally
- Maintain client data and update CRM/sheets
- Support sales closures and achieve monthly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Required skills
. Good communication skills (English + basic local language preferred)
. Basic sales / marketing knowledge
. Ability to convince and negotiate
. Confident in calling & client interaction
. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets)
. Positive attitude & willingness to learn
. Goal-oriented mindset
. Freshers are welcome (0–2 years experience)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹200,000.29 - ₹526,871.71 per year
