Job Title: Telesales & Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a high-energy, resilient, and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the "tip of the spear" for our sales process—identifying potential business partners, initiating the first conversation through cold calling, and bridging the gap between a cold lead and a live product demonstration.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Sourcing: Proactively identify and research potential B2B leads using various resources (LinkedIn, industry directories, web research, and provided databases).
- High-Volume Outreach: Conduct daily cold calling campaigns to introduce our solutions to key decision-makers.
- Appointment Setting: Qualify prospects’ needs and effectively pitch the value of our services to schedule live demos for our Sales Executives.
- CRM Management: Maintain clean and accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in our CRM system.
- Pipeline Growth: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled demonstrations.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B Telesales, Cold Calling, or Business Development is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with grace.
