Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of laboratory samples and reports.
- Maintain quality control procedures and laboratory standards.
- Supervise and guide laboratory technicians and support staff.
- Monitor inventory of laboratory reagents, consumables, and equipment.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and infection control practices.
- Maintain proper documentation and records as per regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and management regarding laboratory services.
- Prepare and support internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- DMLT or B.Sc. MLT qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory or hospital laboratory.
- Strong knowledge of NABH standards, audit requirements, and quality documentation.
- Experience in handling laboratory operations, quality control, and staff management.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems and basic computer applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in NABH audit preparation and compliance.
- Ability to train and mentor laboratory staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
