· Handle outbound & inbound calls to promote skincare products and generate sales
· Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers
· Convert leads into successful sales and achieve daily/weekly targets
· Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
· Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support
· Update customer data and call records in CRM/Excel sheets
· Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for order processing
· Follow up on pending leads and existing customers
· Maintain professional communication and brand image of Nidhii Skincare
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
