About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Interns who are eager to build a career in B2B sales and digital marketing. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real client projects, marketing campaigns, business development, and content creation while working closely with experienced professionals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Write compelling marketing copy for social media posts, email campaigns, advertisements, and company collateral.
- Conduct cold calling and follow up with prospective clients to generate business opportunities.
- Assist in lead generation, market research, and prospect database management.
- Coordinate and attend client meetings and site visits across Delhi NCR whenever required.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing documents.
- Maintain CRM records and regularly update lead and client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Good copywriting and creative thinking abilities.
- Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and during meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn.
Eligibility
- Fresh Graduates or Final-Year Students (BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related fields preferred).
- Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR.
- Must own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection.
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings when required.
