Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with operations teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
- Use Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support.
- Preferred experience in the Logistics Industry.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and operations.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
