Job Summary :
As the Head of Growth & Distribution, you will own the complete growth funnel—from developing go-to-market strategies to generating qualified leads, driving customer acquisition, optimizing conversion funnels, and accelerating recurring revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B SaaS growth experience and a passion for scaling AI products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for AI and SaaS products.
- Drive demand generation through SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn, email campaigns, community marketing, partnerships, and outbound outreach.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, and acquire new customers.
- Manage CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar) and optimize sales processes.
- Monitor key growth metrics including CAC, MRR, conversion rates, churn, pipeline, and customer acquisition performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute scalable growth initiatives.
- Build and scale growth functions by hiring and mentoring marketing and sales team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Growth, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations.
- Strong experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and customer acquisition.
- Expertise in SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, and lead generation.
- Experience managing CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar.
- Proven ability to build outbound sales systems and drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Startup experience.
- Experience with AI or SaaS products.
- Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience.
- Marketing automation knowledge.
- Exposure to Manufacturing Software or Industrial SaaS products.
