Desktop and Printer Engineer-RE
Job Location: Halol- Gujarat, Haridwar- Uttrakhand, Chittoor-Tirupati.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Desktop and Printer Engineer responsible for providing technical support, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktop systems, laptops, printers, and related IT infrastructure. The role involves ensuring smooth IT operations and prompt resolution of hardware and software issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair laser, inkjet, and multifunction printers.
- Install and upgrade Windows operating systems and standard software applications.
- Configure email clients, antivirus solutions, and security updates.
- Manage user accounts and provide end-user technical support.
- Handle printer driver installations and network printer configurations.
- Monitor IT assets and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims.
- Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions.
Graduate with 2-3 yrs of Experience
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
