Role Overview
As a Sales & Operations Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating with workspace partners, managing leads, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closure. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and website leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable coworking, managed office, or virtual office solutions.
- Coordinate property visits and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with workspace partners for pricing, availability, and documentation.
- Support the sales team in closing deals.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales coordination.
- Assist with operational tasks, documentation, and daily reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

- Candidates based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
