Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the company's hiring objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience handling multiple positions simultaneously, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate the selection process.
- Plan and execute recruitment drives and hiring initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records, and manpower planning reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in MBA (HR), MHRM, or MSW (HR).
- 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing through job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Experience handling multiple positions and high-volume hiring.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Work Location
Kochi, Kerala

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
