Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new online sales opportunities, channels, and marketplaces.
- Optimize conversion rates across website and marketplace platforms.
Platform & Marketplace Management
- Manage company website (Shopify/WooCommerce/Magento, etc.) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Ensure product listings are optimized for SEO, visibility, and conversion.
- Oversee pricing strategy, promotions, and product assortment.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and manage e-commerce executives, catalog managers, and digital marketing teams.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, IT, and customer service teams.
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Work closely with digital marketing teams for SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
- Analyze traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and ROI.
- Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies.
Operations & Inventory Management
- Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, returns, and customer service workflows.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
- Reduce order cancellations, delays, and stockouts.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report key e-commerce metrics and business performance.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and CRM systems.
- Provide actionable insights to improve sales and customer experience.
Customer Experience
- Ensure seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
- Handle escalations and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
- Implement loyalty and retention strategies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
