We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Head Offline Marketing to lead brand-building initiatives and drive customer engagement across our growing network of outlets. Job Description We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead and execute offline marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, increase customer footfall, and drive revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing local store marketing programs, managing events and activations, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create annual marketing plans, promotional calendars, and campaign roadmaps.
- Strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement across all markets.
- Ensure brand consistency across stores, events, and marketing materials.
Local Store Marketing (LSM)
- Design and implement outlet-level marketing initiatives to increase walk-ins and sales.
- Plan promotional activities, customer engagement programs, and local campaigns.
- Coordinate with operations teams to execute store-specific marketing plans.
Events, Activations & Partnerships
- Plan and execute product launches, food festivals, community events, and brand activations.
- Develop partnerships with corporates, schools, colleges, residential societies, and local organizations.
- Identify opportunities for sponsorships and strategic collaborations.
Vendor & Agency Management
- Manage advertising agencies, production vendors, printers, and promotional partners.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and branding activities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and optimize marketing costs.
Budgeting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
- Track campaign effectiveness, footfall growth, and ROI.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, HR, and Senior Management for successful campaign execution.
- Drive innovation and creativity within the marketing function.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related discipline.
- 8-15 years of experience in Offline Marketing, preferably in F&B, QSR, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, or Consumer Brands.
- Proven experience in Local Store Marketing (LSM), events, activations, and brand management.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Experience managing multiple locations/outlets will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
