Position: Fashion Faculty / Trainer – Garment Construction & Pattern Making

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and theoretical sessions on garment construction and pattern making.
- Teach basic to advanced pattern drafting, cutting, stitching, and garment finishing techniques.
- Train students in measurement, fabric selection, garment fitting, and production processes.
- Demonstrate pattern development for various garments and fashion styles.
- Guide students through practical assignments, projects, and portfolio development.
- Maintain practical lab activities and ensure proper use of equipment and tools.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends, techniques, and industry practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Garment Technology, or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of garment construction and pattern making.
- Good knowledge of sewing machines, cutting tools, fabrics, and garment finishing.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Prior teaching/training or industry experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical skills may also be considered.
