Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to work closely with the Founder and support strategic, operational, and administrative initiatives. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, think critically, and act as a bridge between the Founder and internal teams.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support
- Assist the Founder in executing key strategic initiatives and projects.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Track progress on important business goals and follow up with relevant teams.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.
- Monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as planned.
- Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Executive Assistance
- Manage the Founder’s schedule, meetings, and priorities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items.
- Assist with presentations, documentation, and communication on behalf of the Founder.
Project Management
- Work on cross-functional projects across departments.
- Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support implementation of new initiatives or business processes.
Communication & Liaison
- Act as a point of coordination between the Founder and internal teams.
- Maintain clear communication across departments for ongoing projects.
- Ensure follow-ups and accountability on important action items.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, consulting, management roles, or similar positions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
