Telecom OSS Orchestration & Inventory Engineer
Role description summary
We are seeking a specialist in service orchestration, service modeling, and resource/service inventory for telecom and satcom services.
The role involves analyzing product and network requirements, defining service models (CFS/RFS/Resource), maintaining catalog and inventory representations, and configuring these models in orchestration or catalog platforms.
The successful candidate will work closely with product, engineering, fulfillment, and orchestration teams to ensure accurate service representation aligned with MEF, TMF, and industry-standard fulfillment processes.
The candidate should have experience with any industry orchestration, catalog, or inventory system and a solid understanding of network concepts across IP, transport, RF, and satellite systems. Familiarity with TMF Open APIs, TMF SID, MEF service frameworks, and fulfillment lifecycles is strongly preferred.
A strong plus is hands-on experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow OMT including product catalog, service specifications, order flows, and orchestration logic.
Based in the Chennai facilities, you will be part of a dynamic global operations and orchestration team enabling data-driven service delivery and supporting SES’s digital transformation journey.
