Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Manager – UI/UX Design who can craft intuitive, engaging, and conversion-oriented design experiences across our marketing ecosystem and app interface. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to translate growth objectives into high-performing user journeys — across landing pages, onboarding screens, in-app flows, and micro-interactions.
This role combines user empathy, conversion-focused thinking, and strong visual design sensibility, with a clear understanding of how UX impacts growth.
Key Responsibilities:Marketing-Focused UX:
- Design landing pages, product microsites, app install flows, and performance-oriented creatives optimized for conversion and engagement.
- Build data-driven UX flows to improve app install-to-registration rates, reduce drop-offs, and boost time-on-page/session.
App UI & In-App Journey Support:
- Collaborate with product and CRM teams to craft onboarding flows, tooltips, in-app banners, popups, and feedback loops.
- Create UX mockups and high-fidelity UI components to support feature adoption and in-app engagement campaigns.
User-Centric Design Thinking:
- Conduct user research (via internal teams or partners) to understand pain points, motivation, and behavioral friction.
- Translate findings into wireframes, user flows, personas, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Growth + UX Alignment:
- Work with marketing and analytics teams to A/B test variations of design for landing pages, app screens, and banners.
- Optimize experiences for better CTR, CVR, retention, and usability, balancing creative freedom with performance KPIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Align closely with Head of Marketing to ensure brand consistency and campaign goals are embedded in design.
- Liaise with product, development, and content teams to ensure pixel-perfect and responsive implementation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5–8 years of experience in UI/UX design or product marketing design, with a strong digital portfolio.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, XD, InVision, or other industry-standard design tools.
- Solid understanding of user psychology, mobile-first design principles, and responsive design frameworks.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving marketing priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate design logic to stakeholders.
What You’ll Get:
- Opportunity to define the design language and experience layer for one of India’s fastest-growing fintech apps.
- Strategic visibility by working directly with the Head of Marketing and Growth teams.
