Role Overview
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent across all levels and departments. The role works closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure the right talent is hired within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned departments / business units
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Gulf Talent, Bayt), social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles
- Headhunt passive candidates for specialized and senior positions
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and overseas hiring partners when required
- Manage campus recruitment drives and job fairs
Screening & Selection
- Review and shortlist resumes against job requirements and competency frameworks
- Conduct initial telephonic / HR screening interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels
- Administer pre-employment assessments and psychometric tests where applicable
- Prepare candidate evaluation reports and interview feedback summaries
- Negotiate salary offers and manage candidate expectations
Manpower Planning & Reporting
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requisitions and approvals
- Maintain manpower tracker — open positions, pipeline status, TAT, and offer-to-joining ratio
- Prepare weekly / monthly recruitment MIS reports for HR leadership
- Track recruitment KPIs — Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Attrition vs. Hiring
- Support annual manpower budgeting and workforce planning exercise

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
