Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals of motors and pumps (AC induction motors, single/three phase systems),Hands-on experience in full load testing, performance testing, and endurance testing of pumps and motors,Ability to measure and analyze electrical parameters (voltage, current, power, power factor, efficiency),Knowledge of pump performance parameters (head, discharge, efficiency curves, NPSH basics),Experience in handling test bench setup, instrumentation, and calibration of measuring equipment,Proficiency in using testing instruments (clamp meter, wattmeter, tachometer, megger, temperature sensors, pressure gauges)
Understanding of motor heating, insulation resistance, and thermal performance during load conditions,Ability to identify abnormal behavior, vibration, noise, and performance deviations during testing,Experience in failure analysis and reporting of test results with root cause inputs
Knowledge of solar pump testing (controller behavior, voltage fluctuation, dry run protection checks),Awareness of BIS testing standards and acceptance criteria for pumps and motors
Ability to maintain test reports, documentation, and data recording accurately,Understanding of safety practices in electrical testing and high load operations,Coordination with R&D, design, and production teams for product validation and improvement feedback,Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and discipline in testing procedures
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
