We are looking for a smart, confident, Experienced
Minimum 6 months of experience in skin aesthetics and hair clinic .
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients warmly and manage front desk operations
- Schedule appointments and handle walk-ins efficiently
- Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries & treatment queries
- Call and convert leads from ads, social media & referrals
- Explain treatments, packages, and offers clearly
- Follow up with new & existing patients for appointments and retention
- Maintain patient records, CRM updates, billing coordination & reports
- Ensure smooth patient flow and coordination with doctors
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups & conversion tracking
- Support clinic promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Excellent communication (English + Hindi/Marathi)
- Confident, polite & patient-friendly personality
- Strong convincing and multitasking skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
- Experience in clinic / telecalling / customer handling preferred
