Education required: DME/ BE/ Btech Mechanical
Required experience: 1 year or fresher
To ensure that all equipment’s preventive maintenance and its documentation.
To coordinate with production department in matter related to maintenance and ensure loss of productive time.
Implementation and proper functioning of EHS checklists.
Ensure testing (Periodic) of equipment (Production vessel, lifting tools etc.)
To maintain records as per ISO Standard regarding preventive maintenance, EHS checklist, History Card.
Trouble shooting of process.
Assist Plant Head in planning of new equipment and plant layout modification whenever required.
Ensure workplace monitoring as per ISO Standard.
Prepare and modify all plant machinery operation procedure (SOP).
