Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for Personal Loan products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
- Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads.
- Convert leads into loan applications through effective tele-sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with the sales/field team.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and daily MIS.
- Handle customer queries and build positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Good communication, convincing, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, NBFC, or financial services is preferred.
