About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused, and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Customer Support team. This role is ideal for recent college pass-outs who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Recent graduate preferred.
Candidates must be from:
* Delhi University (DU)
* Institute of Hotel Management (IHM)
* IP University/Colleges (IP)
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and chat support.
* Provide accurate information regarding services and processes.
* Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
