We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk operations of our wellness clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming experience while handling appointments, inquiries, billing coordination, and administrative support efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
- Maintain client records and update appointment systems
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and wellness staff for smooth operations
- Process payments, invoices, and basic billing activities
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean and presentable
- Manage daily reports, attendance, and front desk documentation
- Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally
- Support marketing activities such as promotions, membership reminders, and event coordination when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in administration, hospitality, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in reception/front desk/customer service roles
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and appointment management software
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Basic knowledge of billing and payment handling preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
