About Us:
FlexiEle offers a cloud-based Hire-to-Exit HRM system that helps organizations across industries streamline and automate their HR processes.
We are looking for a young and energetic Node.js Developer who will be responsible for building and maintaining the backend services of our HRMS platform.

Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js

Build scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs for HRMS modules

Collaborate with front-end developers and functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Understand client requirements and implement backend logic accordingly

Integrate third-party services and APIs

Optimize application performance, security, and data handling

Debug and resolve technical issues reported by clients or internal teams

Work with databases for efficient data storage and retrieval

Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

Strong knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript

Experience with frameworks like Express.js

Understanding of REST APIs and API integrations

Knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or similar)

Familiarity with version control tools (Git)

Basic understanding of cloud environments is a plus

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills and teamwork

BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / IT (preferred)

BCA/MCA or any graduate with relevant technical skills

Freshers with strong Node.js knowledge can apply

6 months to 1 year of experience in backend development preferred

Compensation as per industry standards for freshers

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Off: 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays and all Sundays
