Retail Store Associate – Customer Service & Store Operations
We are looking for a proactive, reliable Store Associate to join our retail team! In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, delivering a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with their purchases
- Receive, unbox, label, and neatly organize new inventory
- Maintain store appearance and ensure display shelves stay tidy and well-stocked
- Accurately pack parcels and prep customer orders for outgoing dispatch (no outside delivery required)
