Required Experience: Minimum 4 years

Key responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
· Ensure timely and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
· Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
· Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, and candidate databases.
Required skills:
· Fluency in Bengali language is mandatory.
