E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing / E-Commerce Advertising Executive who can take ownership of our online advertising and help us scale sales across Amazon, Flipkart & Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon Ads – Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Sponsored Display
- Manage and optimize Flipkart Ads and promotional campaigns
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads across Facebook & Instagram
- Monitor ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, conversions and sales performance
- Manage daily/weekly advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization
- Identify high-performing products, keywords, audiences and campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and market research
- Optimize campaigns to increase sales while maintaining healthy ROAS
- Analyze campaign reports and prepare regular performance reports
- Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives, banners and product listings
- Suggest improvements to Amazon & Flipkart listings based on advertising and sales data
- Continuously test new campaigns, keywords, audiences, creatives and strategies
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce advertising
- Good knowledge of ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance
- Experience handling advertising budgets independently
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Result-oriented and proactive approach
- Experience in Furniture / Home & Living / D2C / E-commerce will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
