Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Welcoming guests, determining their needs, and guiding them to the correct department or personnel.
- Communications: Answering, screening, and routing incoming calls, as well as managing company emails and correspondences.
- Administrative Support: Organizing files, maintaining appointment logs, and scheduling meetings.
- Coordination: Handling incoming/outgoing courier services and managing office supply inventory. [1, 2]

Pay: ₹5,000.22 - ₹22,200.39 per month
