Unisoft Technologies is looking for a dedicated and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating with different departments, and supporting daily office operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office records and documentation
- Handle data entry and maintain databases
- Coordinate with students, clients, and internal teams
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and official documents
- Assist in day-to-day administrative activities
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries professionally
- Maintain proper filing and reporting systems
- Support operations and management team as required
Required Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and time management
