Programme Officer – Food for All Initiative
Wishes and Blessings is looking for a passionate and driven Programme Officer to join our Food for All Initiative — a mission focused on addressing hunger and ensuring dignified access to food for vulnerable communities.
About the Role
This is a dynamic role involving programme implementation, reporting, donor engagement, communications, and scale-up strategy for our food security initiatives.
You will play a key role in ensuring that on-ground action is effectively implemented, documented, and translated into meaningful impact reports for stakeholders and donors.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Implementation & Management
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the Food for All initiative
- Coordinate with field teams, volunteers, and partners
- Ensure smooth execution of food distribution activities
- Oversee on-ground operations and resolve implementation challenges
Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed programme reports and impact documentation
- Track outputs, outcomes, and field-level data
- Prepare donor reports and internal reviews
- Ensure transparency and accountability in implementation
Donor Acquisition & Partnerships
- Identify and engage CSR partners and institutional donors
- Support proposal writing and fundraising efforts
- Build and nurture long-term funding relationships
Communications & Social Media
- Develop impact stories and field updates
- Collaborate on campaigns and communication material
- Highlight programme outcomes across platforms
Growth & Strategy
- Support expansion of the initiative across geographies
- Identify new partnership opportunities
- Contribute to scaling and programme design
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2 years of experience in NGOs / CSR / development sector
- Strong skills in implementation, coordination, and reporting
- Experience in donor reporting is highly preferred
- Comfortable with field visits and operational execution
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Passion for social impact and food security
Salary
Salary (CTC): ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience and skill set)
