Manage end-to-end onboarding and migration of corporate clients to standardized banking solutions
Advise clients on payment formats, including ISO 20022 (PAIN, PACS, CAMT), XML, and SWIFT messages
Coordinate with client IT teams to establish secure connectivity (H2H/SFTP), including encryption and certificate setup
Review and validate payment and reporting files to ensure format compliance
Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), track defects, and ensure timely resolution
Drive go-live readiness, production deployment, and post-implementation support
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, technology, operations, support teams)
Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards
