Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals and consultancies.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
- Support attendance, leave and payroll coordination.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention activities.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and recruitment trackers.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist and Recruitment roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS systems.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
