Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who has a strong background in hiring for a digital marketing agency. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and identifying the right talent as per company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Hire candidates for roles such as SEO Executive, Google Ads Specialist, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, etc.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidate interviews
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements
- Maintain candidate database and hiring records
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment within a digital marketing agency
- Experience in hiring for multiple digital marketing roles
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and candidate evaluation
- Ability to identify and hire quality candidates as per company needs
Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + performance-based incentives
