Negotiate property prices and commercial terms.
Conduct initial property and market evaluation.
Coordination with CP.
Coordinate property documents and due diligence.
Track available properties and maintain the sourcing database.
Generate and manage property leads.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and sales teams.
Monitor market prices and competitor activities.
Prepare property sourcing reports for management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
