About the Role
Nirmaan Organization is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across locations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring managers, and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Manage exit formalities, clearance processes, and exit interviews.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Handle employee queries related to HR processes.
- Coordinate with payroll for attendance, leave, and employee data.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Organize celebrations, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.
- Support employee welfare and grievance handling.
Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles.
- Coordinate probation reviews and confirmation processes.
- Track employee performance and development plans.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment reports, and employee dashboards.
- Maintain confidential employee information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Experience working in the NGO, education, or skill development sector is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ATS and HRMS systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
