About the Role
Every enquiry we receive is a family placing their trust in us.
As an Admissions Executive, your role is to guide prospective parents through that journey with warmth, professionalism and genuine care, from their very first enquiry until they make an informed decision.
This is not a telecalling role. It is a relationship-focused role that requires initiative, ownership and excellent communication.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Speaking with prospective parents by phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Understanding each family's needs and guiding them through the admissions process.
- Taking responsibility for ensuring every enquiry receives timely, thoughtful follow-up until a clear outcome is reached.
- Building trust and representing TLFCB professionally.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and admissions data.
- Coordinating with teachers and the administration team to ensure a smooth admissions experience.
- Supporting student coordination and other operational responsibilities as required.
- Working closely with the marketing team to anticipate lead generation needs and provide regular feedback to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
You'll Thrive Here If You
- Enjoy building relationships with people.
- Naturally take ownership of your work.
- Follow through without needing constant reminders.
- Learn quickly from feedback and enjoy improving.
- Are organised, dependable and detail-oriented.
- Communicate clearly and professionally.
- Enjoy solving problems rather than waiting for someone else to solve them.
Experience
Experience in admissions, education, hospitality, customer service or sales is an advantage, but not essential. We care more about your attitude, ownership, learning velocity than your previous job title.
Application Process
If this role excites you, we'd love to hear from you.
Please send the following to 9663964951
- Your resume.
- A short cover letter (no more than one page) telling us why this role interests you, and describing a situation where you took ownership of a problem and saw it through to completion.
- A 1–2 minute video introduction telling us who you are, why you are interested in joining us, and what you think makes someone exceptional at guiding families through an important decision about enrolling their child in ballet classes.
Applications that include only a resume may not be considered. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
