Assembly Supervisor
Automotive / Suspension Assembly Experience Required
We are hiring experienced Suspension Assembly Operator / Supervisor for our manufacturing facility in Pune.
Position:
Assembly Supervisor / Assembly Operator
(Suspension Assembly Only)
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in suspension assembly
- Experience must be specifically in automotive / suspension assembly
- Candidates without suspension assembly experience need not apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform suspension assembly as per drawings and SOP
- Line supervision and manpower handling (for supervisor role)
- Ensure quality, fitment, and torque standards
- Achieve daily production targets
- Follow safety and quality procedures
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Experienced Operator
- Ability to read basic drawings preferred

Pune – Chakan area
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
