Job Summary
Ali Recruiters is looking for a skilled MIS Executive with expertise in dashboard creation, workflow automation, and dynamic HTML form development for data capturing and reporting systems. The candidate should be capable of understanding operational processes and converting them into smart digital reporting and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and automated reporting systems
- Develop dynamic HTML forms for data collection, tracking, and workflow management
- Design user-friendly data capturing systems for various business operations
- Build automated dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar tools
- Understand business workflows and convert manual processes into digital automation systems
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports for management
- Coordinate with departments to collect, validate, and organize operational data
- Improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and process visibility
- Support management with actionable insights and performance monitoring
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Formulas)
- Good understanding of HTML forms, web-based data capturing systems, and workflow automation
- Knowledge of Power BI / Google Data Studio / Dashboarding Tools
- Basic understanding of databases and reporting structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and visualize large data sets
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in IT, Computer Applications, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, dashboard development, reporting automation, or dynamic form creation
- Candidates with exposure to ERP, workflow systems, or operational automation will be preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on skills, knowledge, and experience)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
