We are looking for a Safety Officer who can independently manage all EHS activities and also oversee civil construction works at the project site. The candidate should have experience in construction safety as well as the ability to monitor and coordinate civil works.
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and statutory requirements.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Organize toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for workers and staff.
- Monitor work permits, PPE compliance, and implementation of safety procedures.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate emergency response plans, mock drills, and first-aid arrangements.
- Supervise and monitor civil construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, concreting, structural steel erection, masonry, and finishing works.
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, and project records.
- Promote a proactive safety culture while ensuring smooth execution of civil construction activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
