Facility & Temperature Management: Monitor and maintain exact temperature and humidity levels. Track logs to prevent spoilage or product degradation.Inventory Control: Supervise inward/outward goods, order picking, and dispatch. Execute stock reconciliation and enforce First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) protocols.Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety and hygiene standards. Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations like HACCP, ISO, or FSSAI.Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse and refrigeration maintenance staff.Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure refrigeration, HVAC, and backup power units function properly.Documentation: Manage reports on inventory levels, temperature deviations, and daily shift logs.
