JOB DESCRIPTION ➖
- Collect, sample, and label Raw Materials (RM), Finished Goods (FG), and in-process/intermediate samples as per SOPs.
- Perform routine chemical analysis including moisture determination, Karl Fischer (KF), and titration.
- Prepare samples and record results in relevant analysis registers and laboratory records.
- Operate, monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting of Gas Chromatography (GC) instruments.
- Maintain, store, and retrieve analytical data in GC systems and QC laboratory computers.
- Prepare and maintain water analysis and trend reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with SOPs, GMP, and quality requirements.
- Review, follow, and sign SOPs and test procedures.
- Maintain instrument logbooks, laboratory records, and housekeeping of assigned work areas.
- Ensure proper working condition of analytical instruments and report abnormalities to seniors.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
