1.Packing Machine Operation
- Operate and monitor milk packing machines (pouch filling machines )
- Ensure correct quantity and sealing of milk packets.
- Adjust machine settings for different pack sizes
2. Quality Control
- Check milk packets for leakage, proper sealing, and weight accuracy.
- Ensure hygiene standards are maintained during packing.
- Remove and report defective or damaged packets.
3. Hygiene and Food Safety
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and personal hygiene standards.
- Wear proper PPE (gloves, cap, mask, uniform).
- Maintain cleanliness of packing area and equipment.
4. Production Monitoring
- Maintain packing records and production logs.
- Monitor machine speed and output.
- Inform supervisors about machine breakdowns or abnormalities.
5. Material Handling
- Ensure availability of packing materials (rolls, pouches, cartons, caps, etc.).
- Transfer packed milk to cold storage or dispatch area.
6. Basic Maintenance
- Perform basic machine cleaning and minor troubleshooting.
- Assist maintenance team during machine servicing.
7. Safety Compliance
- Follow factory safety procedures.
- Report spillage, accidents, or equipment issues immediately.
8. Coordination
- Work closely with production supervisors, quality team, and maintenance staff.
- Ensure smooth shift handover and communication

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
