Roles & Responsibilities
Handle purchase activities for retail operations as per company policies.
Manage vendor coordination, negotiation, and purchase orders.
Responsible for verifying, processing, and maintaining purchase bills and invoices.
Ensure timely procurement of materials, supplies, and services required for retail stores/projects.
Maintain and update purchase records in SAP system.
Coordinate with accounts team for invoice clearance and vendor payments.
Monitor stock requirements and avoid shortages or overstocking.
Support in vendor evaluation and developing long-term supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with quality, budget, and delivery timelines.
Qualification
B.E. (EEE) / B.E. (Civil)
Experience
Minimum 5 year of experience in purchase Senior Executive / Assistant manager role in retail or similar industry.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Nungambakam, Chennai
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
