1- Lead Generation & Admissions Support
- Generate qualified admission leads through various outreach activities.
- Increase school footfall by organizing promotional campaigns and events.
- Maintain and update lead databases and follow up with prospective parents.
- Coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions, and admission events.
- Support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.
2. Community Outreach & Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), apartment communities, and local organizations.
- Plan and execute community engagement activities to enhance school visibility.
- Conduct awareness campaigns and information sessions in residential communities.
- Identify and leverage local networking opportunities to promote the school.
3. Preschool & Institutional Tie-Ups
- Establish partnerships with preschools, daycare centres, and play schools.
- Coordinate school presentations, parent interaction sessions, and transition programmes for preschool parents.
- Build long-term relationships with preschool management for referral opportunities.
- Track and monitor the effectiveness of tie-up programmes.
4. Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute admission events, open houses, education fairs, summer camps, workshops, and community activities.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams for smooth event execution.
- Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, promotional materials, and post-event reporting.
- Evaluate event outcomes and lead conversion rates.
5. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Promote the school's academic offerings, facilities, achievements, and unique value proposition.
- Assist in executing local marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate distribution of brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional materials.
- Support digital marketing initiatives through content collection and campaign execution.
6. Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback from prospective parents.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on outreach activities, lead generation, admissions conversions, and event outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of partnerships, enquiries, and admissions funnel metrics.

- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Increase in campus footfall.
- Number of preschool and community tie-ups established.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, admissions, business development, or outreach activities.
- Experience in the education sector/schools will be an added advantage.
