Endurance Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading immigration and visa consultancy dedicated to providing professional guidance and excellent customer service. We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
## Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of Immigration Consultants.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Monitor daily team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
* Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
* Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent client service.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
* Coordinate with management to improve team productivity.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
## Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 3–6 years of experience in team handling, preferably in immigration, visa consultancy, telesales, or sales.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is preferred.
